Payment
The payment of the hotel bill can be made in cash (Euros), with bank card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
Check in & Check out
On the day of arrival rooms are ready from 02:00 p.m. and on the day of departure must be vacated before 11.00 a.m.

Dogs
Dogs are only allowed on request. For your pet we charge € 20,00 per day without food for the special cleaning of the rooms.
Local tax
The local tax is € 4,00 per person and night (from 15 years). From winter 2022 the local tax is € 3,00 per person/day from 15 years.
Travel insurance
Cancellations must be made in written form. We recommend getting travel insurance. You can purchase holiday cancellation insurance from our partner, the European Travel insurance.
Cancellation Terms summer
Cancellations must be made in written form. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival - free cancellation. From 14 days before arrival - the deposit paid will be retained For cancellations less than 1 week before arrival we charge 80% of the total amount „No Show“, „earlier departure“, the total amount will be charged
Cancellation Terms winter
If the deposit is refunded, a processing fee of €25 will be charged.

Underground garage incl. valet parking € 12.00 per night and car

The hotel has an e-charging station.
Eating times
Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00, afternoon snack from 15:00 to 17:00 and dinner between 18:30 and 20:30.
