Our kitchen team creates the most exquisite delicacies for your palate, all made from seasonal and regional products. And the good thing: you can enjoy Tyrolean and international specialties at the Piz Buin – just as you prefer. In the evening there is a 4-course menu to choose from. The salad and cheese buffet completes the offer.

Our in-house apiary

We are bee-friendly.

Our hardworking bees reside at the “Wildpark” in Mathon, where they gather nectar for one the best Tyrolean bee honey in up to 1.500 meters. Our apiary is divided into the harvesting of bee products such as honey, propolis and wax, the breeding of commercial peoples and the education of young people.
Junior chef Christian spends most of his free time with his 20 bee colonies. Enjoy the best mountain honey in the Paznaun.
