Advance payment
To make a binding reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Payment
You can pay the hotel bill on the day of departure either in cash (euros), or by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or EC card.
Checking in and out
Your room will be ready for you from 2pm on the day of arrival.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure.
Late check-out & early check-in
On request, you can also make the most of your last day at the Piz Buin. We charge a fee of €20 for late check-out.
Early check-in is also possible, subject to availability. However, please enquire about this in advance.
Discounts
We offer special discounts for our young guests:
0 – 2,99 years: 100%
3 – 9,99 years: 50%
10 – 13,99 years: 30%
14 – 16,99 years: 20%
15% discount from 18 years in a double room
(3rd or 4th person) on the pull-out couch
For single occupancy in a double room the price for 2 persons minus 20€ per day applies.
Ski passes
You can get the VIP ski pass (Ischgl/Samnaun) conveniently from us at reception.
Dogs
Your four-legged friends are also welcome, but please make a request in advance. Due to the increased cleaning effort we charge €20.00 per day, not including food.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.00 per person per day (for guests aged 16 and over) and will be charged separately (this is not included in the room price).
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect you from incurring cancellation costs. We are happy to recommend our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung for all your cancellation insurance needs.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations can only be made in written form.
The following conditions apply:
- up to 2 months before your planned arrival date: free cancellation
- from 2 months before your planned arrival date: the deposit paid will be retained
- within less than 1 month before your planned arrival date: 80% of the total amount will be charged
- for no-shows or early departure: the full amount will be charged
- “Cannot be cancelled free of charge”: the rate can be selected with a 10% discount (per person per day) – we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in this case.
- A processing fee of €25.00 will be charged if the deposit is refunded.
Parking
Our underground car park, which includes valet parking, costs €12.00 per vehicle per day.
Electric vehicle charging station
The hotel has its own electric vehicle charging station.
Meal times
You are welcome to enjoy a hearty breakfast from 7.30am to 10am.
Our tasty afternoon buffet will be available to you from 3pm to 5pm, and we serve our delicious evening menu between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Catering on the day of arrival and departure
You are welcome to take full advantage of all the culinary delights on offer at Piz Buin on your day of arrival and departure.
The cost of breakfast on the day you get here is €30 per person (including breakfast drinks, such as coffee, tea or orange juice).
For an afternoon snack on your day of arrival or departure, we charge €20 per person (excluding drinks).
