PAYMENT

The payment of the hotel bill can be made in cash (Euros) or by Maestro card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Rooms may be occupied after 02.00 p.m. and must be vacated before 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

DOGS

Dogs only on request.

For your pet we charge € 15,00 / day without food for special cleaning of the rooms.

SHORT-STAY SURCHARGE

For stays less than 4 days, we will add a 10% short-stay surcharge.

LOCAL TAX

The local tax is € 2,50 per person and night (up to 15 years).

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Cancellations must be made in written form.

We recommend the completion of insurance.

You can purchase holiday cancellation insurance from our partner, the European Travelinsurance.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in written form.

  • If canceled up to 2 months before arrival – free CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Up to 1 month before arrival – deposit will be forfeited
  • Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival we charge 80% of total price
  • “No Show”, “earlier departure”, the total amount will be charged
